Joining your building

You've been invited

Your managing agent or your building's directors have added you to Sused, so you can report problems, read the building's news and documents, and have your say in consultations. Joining takes a couple of minutes.

  1. Step 1

    Open the link in the email

    The invitation comes from Sused on behalf of your managing agent or your building's directors. The link is for you alone, works once, and lasts 14 days.

  2. Step 2

    Enter the code we email you

    There's no password. We email a short code to the address the invitation went to, so we know it's you. It works for 10 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Get the app, or carry on in your browser

    Everything works on the web too, which suits leaseholders who don't live in the building. Your flat and your role are already set up.

The app is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. Until then, everything works on the web at app.dev.sused.co.

If something isn't right

The link says it has expired or has already been used
Ask whoever invited you, usually the managing agent, to send a new one. For your security, we can't reissue it ourselves.
The invitation went to the wrong email address
An invitation only works for the address it was sent to. Ask for a new one to the right address.
The flat or role on the invitation isn't right
Don't accept it. Tell the managing agent or the directors so they can correct it and invite you again.
I wasn't expecting an invitation
You can ignore the email. Nothing happens unless you open the link and enter the code. If you're worried, email us.
