For residents, directors and managing agents

Your building, sussed.

Report a problem in the lift in a few taps and know when it's fixed. Sused connects residents, directors and managing agents with one noticeboard, one front desk and one place for documents.

  • Stored in the EU (AWS Ireland)
  • WCAG 2.2 AA
  • No ads, ever

Who it's for

One building, everyone on the same page

Residents, directors and the managing agent each get what they need, and nothing that isn't theirs to see.

Owners, renters and everyone else who lives here.

  • Report it once, see it fixed

Take a photo, say where, and send. You'll see when someone picks it up, when a contractor is booked and when it's fixed.

  • News meant for you, not a WhatsApp scroll

Notices from the managing agent and the directors, and only the ones for your block and your flat.

  • Your building's documents, whenever you need them

The fire risk assessment, the insurance and the meeting minutes, in one place rather than lost in an inbox.

How a report travels

From “the lift's broken” to “fixed”, in plain sight

Everyone who needs to know, knows. Nobody else does.

  1. Step 1

    Snap it

Take a photo or a short video. Photos lose their location data before they leave your phone.

  2. Step 2

    Say where

Pick the block, the floor and the spot, like Block C, floor 4, lift lobby.

  3. Step 3

    Choose who sees it

It goes to the people you tick, and no one else. If your building allows it, you can report anonymously.

  4. Step 4

    “Contractor booked Tuesday”

The managing agent says who's doing what, and when, so you don't have to chase.

    Scheduled
  5. Step 5

    Fixed

When the work is done, the report is marked as fixed and you get a note.

    Fixed
  6. Step 6

    “Is it fixed?” Yes.

You confirm it's sorted, or reopen it if it isn't. Either way, everyone can see where it stands.

    Yes, it's fixed

Noticeboard, documents and consultations

The building's noticeboard, filing cabinet and ballot box

News, documents and questions go to exactly the people they're for, and they stay on record.

News that reaches the right people

Choose who a notice is for, down to the block and floor, and see how many people it reaches before you send it.

Ask everyone, hear from everyone

Run a consultation, one response per flat, and read the summary as it comes in. Section 20 support (the legal consultation for major works) is coming later.

Your building's information, handled with care

Reports can name neighbours and show people's homes. We treat them that way.

  • Stored in the EU

Your building's data is stored and processed in Amazon Web Services' Ireland region. Our websites are served by Cloudflare.

  • Your RMC owns its data

The company that runs your building is in charge of its data. Sused is its processor and works on the company's instructions.

Clear type, strong contrast, and full keyboard and screen reader support. Read our accessibility statement.

  • No ads. Your data is never sold.

Sused doesn't show adverts and doesn't sell or rent anyone's personal data.

  • Partner offers only if you ask

Offers from partners are off unless you turn them on, and nothing about you goes to a partner without your say-so.

How we handle personal data

Built with residents in Birmingham

We're making Sused alongside the people who live in, run and look after a large estate in Birmingham. What they tell us shapes every screen.

Questions

Things people ask us

Something else? Email hello@sused.co.

Does it replace my managing agent?

No. Your managing agent still manages the building. Sused gives them, the directors and residents one place for reports, news, documents and consultations. If the building changes managing agent, the records stay with your company and the handover happens in Sused.

Who can see my report?

The people you tick, and no one else. Every report reaches the managing agent or the directors, or both, and anyone you leave out won't know it exists. If your building allows anonymous reports, the people who can see it will see “Anonymous resident” instead of your name.

Can renters use it?

Yes. Renters, and anyone else who lives in the flat, can report problems and get the news and documents meant for them. The leaseholder or the managing agent confirms who lives where.

What about leaseholders who don't live here?

They're included. Leaseholders who let their flat out get the news, documents and consultations meant for leaseholders, on the app or the web, wherever they live.

Where is our data stored?

In the EU: Amazon Web Services' Ireland region. Our websites are served by Cloudflare. Your residents' management or right to manage company owns its data, and Sused is its processor.

Is it monitored 24/7?

No. Sused isn't monitored around the clock. For danger to life, call 999. For an urgent problem in the building, use your managing agent's emergency number as well as reporting it.
